CHECK THE ARITHMETIC
Build a labor-hours
scenario from your inputs.
Use your own quantity and labor-unit basis. This worksheet does not supply market rates, predict site productivity or replace a project estimate.
Your labor scenario
- Base labor hours
- Adjusted labor hours
- Labor amount in your input currency
Equipment, supervision, indirects, taxes, material, profit and other project costs are not added. Check whether your hourly input already includes labor burdens.
Calculation basis
Base hours = quantity × hours per unit. Adjusted hours = base hours × (1 + adjustment / 100). Labor amount = adjusted hours × your entered hourly rate. A wage premium and a productivity adjustment are different inputs; avoid applying the same effect twice.
