OUR APPROACH
A clearer basis for
industrial construction bids.
An equipment quotation can describe the machine while leaving its foundation, unloading, utility drops and power connections in other packages. We start by making those boundaries visible, then define the quantities and pricing work your bid needs.
Start with the work package
Industrial scope crosses equipment, process piping, electrical, mechanical, steel and associated construction work. Define responsibility and document interfaces before treating separate quantities as one complete bid.
Make the estimate reviewable
Show the input revisions, measurement units, package boundaries and pricing basis. An estimate should identify assumptions and exclusions so another project team member can understand the result.
Agree the proposal first
Project-specific scope, fee, delivery date and revision arrangements belong in the proposal. Website examples explain the proposed format; they do not establish a quotation or substitute for an agreed assignment.
See the method before sending your project
Inspect the worked route schedule and editable workbook. The dimensions, formulas and revision change are open for review. Your project estimate should identify its own drawing set, measurement rules and assumptions with the same clarity.
Project enquiries
Use the project enquiry desk to discuss your package. Include the project location, required trades and bid deadline. Business identity, responsible estimator, fee and delivery commitments should be stated in the assignment proposal.
Website images and examples
Industry images provide context for the estimating scope. They do not depict our team, office or completed client projects.

Original scope concepts
The steel-frame construction, mechanical plant room, factory extension and equipment-foundation images are AI-generated concepts created for their respective service pages. They explain the type of work, rather than document an actual installation.
Worked estimating examples
The dimensioned route diagram and workbook preview reproduce our original constructed measurement example. The editable workbook and walkthrough let you inspect its inputs. They are not client estimates.
YOUR NEXT BID
Put a defined scope behind your next industrial bid.
Share your drawings, project location, required trades and deadline. Agree the scope, fee and delivery date before estimating begins.
