Terms for using this site

These terms cover industrialestimatingservices.com. They explain what a visit, a worksheet and an enquiry do. They are not a substitute for the written proposal on a specific project.

Is using this website an estimating contract?

No. Reading these pages, downloading a checklist or sending an enquiry does not hire Industrial Estimating Services and does not lock a fee. The business name on this site is Industrial Estimating Services. Reach the desk at +1 (317) 751-5969, info@industrialestimatingservices.com, or WhatsApp +1 (317) 452-0587.

When does paid estimating work start?

Work starts only after both sides accept a written proposal for that package. The proposal is what states the trades, the documents, the deliverables, the fee, the delivery date and how revisions are handled. Anything on this website that describes a typical output is an illustration of format, not that proposal.

Are the examples client projects?

No. The piping route of 12 ft, 8 ft and 10 ft, the spreadsheet walkthrough, the labor worksheet and the other sample rows are constructed so the measurement can be checked. They are not a record of a completed bid, a client name, or a result you should expect. This site does not publish a street address, a headcount, or project statistics.

Who may upload drawings?

Only someone allowed to share those files. Uploads go to Uploadcare and the resulting link can be opened by anyone who has it. Do not use the form for documents that cannot be shared that way. The privacy notice describes what the enquiry stores and how to ask about removal.

What do the browser tools calculate?

The bid-scope checker, the equipment worksheet and the labor-hours worksheet run in your browser. They organize a brief or multiply numbers you type. They do not measure drawings, apply a wage, or produce an estimate. Nothing from those worksheets is sent unless you choose to include it in an enquiry.

What is outside a construction estimate?

An estimating assignment measures and, when commissioned, prices the agreed construction scope. It does not provide engineering design, code approval, a lift plan, or a promise that a bid will be awarded. Those responsibilities stay with the parties named in the project contract unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

How do I ask about these terms?

Email info@industrialestimatingservices.com. This page is the current terms. A later proposal can set different project terms; where it does, the proposal governs that assignment.
