PROJECT INFORMATION · UPDATED 21 OCTOBER 2026
Privacy and project information
Use this site to request contact about an industrial estimating assignment. Share only details and drawings you are permitted to provide.
Enquiry information
The form requests name, email, phone with country code and a project message. Company, project type, bid deadline and drawings are optional. Submitting requests contact about the project; the submission records the privacy-notice version, source website, time and receipt reference. We use the information to assess and respond to your enquiry.
Drawing uploads through Uploadcare
Selected files upload directly from your browser to Uploadcare, a third-party file storage and delivery provider. Up to five supported files, 25 MB each, can be attached to an enquiry. Uploads are marked for storage rather than automatic 24-hour expiry. The website verifies file availability and records the resulting download links.
Anyone who has a drawing link can access that file; these are not authenticated private download links. Do not upload restricted documents unless sharing them this way is permitted. Removing a file from the form only excludes it from that enquiry; it does not delete the Uploadcare copy. Uploadcare file retention and deletion are managed separately from the website's private enquiry records. Ask the project desk about removal or an alternative document-sharing arrangement.
Private enquiry records and email
The website is hosted on Vercel and saves enquiry records in a private Vercel Blob store. When SMTP is configured, the site sends the submitted fields and verified drawing links to the estimating desk through Forward Email. Your email is used as the reply-to address. Messages and linked drawings are then accessible to the receiving account and subject to its retention settings.
A saved receipt confirms website storage. Email status reflects whether the mail server accepted the notification, not proof that it reached the inbox or was read. If notification is not confirmed, the receipt offers a WhatsApp follow-up.
Security and retention
The form uses an expiring server-verified token, origin checks, field and body limits, a honeypot and an hourly submission limit. A daily-changing network-address hash is used for rate limiting; raw IP addresses are not written into enquiry records. Private enquiry and notification records are eligible for deletion after 90 days; temporary form and rate records after two days. Maintenance runs when the website receives form activity. This does not delete stored Uploadcare files or inbox copies. Hosting and communications providers may retain operational logs under their own policies.
WhatsApp, email and browser tools
WhatsApp and email links open your selected communications service. Do not include passwords or unrelated sensitive information. The bid worksheets calculate locally; their selections are not uploaded unless you choose to submit an enquiry. No advertising or visitor analytics cookies are installed in this build. Contact and saved-enquiry events are available for future measurement without project text or contact details.
Access, correction or removal requests
Contact info@industrialestimatingservices.com. Include your receipt reference or the drawing link concerned. Identity and project authority may need to be checked before records are released or removed. Active-project retention and confidentiality requirements should be agreed before the estimating assignment.
